Viabook provides a cloud‑based booking and appointment management system for multiple business sectors
Users must provide accurate registration data and keep their account information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Viabook is not liable for unauthorized access due to your actions.
All software, trademarks, and content within the Service remain the exclusive property of Viabook. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your business needs.
Access to Viabook requires payment of subscription fees based on the selected plan.
Payments are due upfront and are non‑transferable.
New subscribers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not apply to renewals.
Paid accounts retain full data access during the active subscription. Upon cancellation or expiration, data remains accessible for 15 days before deletion.
Free accounts retain data for 7 days after expiration unless upgraded.
Viabook may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unlawful behavior.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Viabook is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from Service use.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viabook shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold Viabook harmless against claims resulting from misuse of the Service.
Viabook protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Viabook may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service confirms acceptance of changes.
